• Scope: For this project, I co-lead a 6-person mobile app development team that designed and developed a prototype health and fitness mobile application. The goal of this prototype was to be used as a template and steppingstone to encourage development of a complete mobile application. This app provided an innovative means for improving the health of the client’s customers by utilizing Extravagant Wellness’s specialized medical testing to help their customer’s awareness of their nutrient deficiencies so they can make healthier choices about their diet.
• Outcomes: With the help of my team, I defined and narrowed our scope with our client, determined the details of the deliverable that would help our client achieve their business goals, and developed a prototype mobile application. Our team also put together a final report detailing all work completed and market facing presentation. All of which, our team presented to the executives of the company and a medical professional to be considered for further development.
